I was afraid to be in my mind and body for what I would think uncontrollably and do after It only took less than 5 months of healthy eating and catabolic activity to completely destroy my mind, my social life, & my metabolism mentally & physically & I’ve spent the next year & a half in isolation and self-punishment and not knowing how to fix it, slowly isolating myself, and losing hope of what to do with after that…Finally, I had to eat more, not look my daily fears in the eye and realize that I need to slowly build confidence in including food and calories and HO ACCEPT what I did to get to the point where my body had nowhere to go but I had to eat more calories. slowly), I had to trust the routine again (every day), I had to stop thinking about cardio & making sure my body had energy from food which I ate to heal and adapt to a healthy metabolism. It was hard, but I committed myself to having a body I loved on the outside, by renewing what I needed on the inside. I’m here to tell you this because I went through this process of losing weight and losing metabolism, and I had a lot of body fat, and I was less confident about EVERYTHING than I am. how it started. I spent over a year in metabolic & MENTAL recovery (much longer than it took me to pull down). Spring was a BLIP in time and 1000% worth everything I have now. I now live, eat, and exercise healthily with my future in mind.
